Why and how should I apply for a grant?

You will have to pay for travel, visa and permits, insurance, housing, etc. Your international office/contact person can inform you if there are grant possibilities. You can also obtain information from the Belgian embassy in your home country. More information on Belgian embassies can be found at http://www.diplobel.fgov.be/en/addresses/abroad/default.asp.
